3 �robbers� killed

Three suspected robbers were beaten to death by a mob at Badarpur area in Faridpur on Wednesday night. The deceased were Batchu Howlader, 24, of Patha Katha in Barguna. Rezaul Sheik, 30, and Mosharraf Sheikh, 34, of Hugla Danga in Boithaghata upazila, Khulna. ASI of Faridpur Kotwali police station Md Hafiz said the three were moving in Badarpur area on a motorcycle. Suspecting them to be robbers, some villagers challenged them and  beat them seriously with bamboo sticks. Getting information, police  rescued the three people and sent them to the hospital, where the duty doctors declared them dead.
