Bandarban: A man was hacked to death by some unidentified criminals at Marissha in Lama upazila on Friday night, reports UNB. The deceased was identified as Khokan Nath, 35, a resident of Kalauzan village in Lohagara upazila of Chittagong district.
Officer-in-charge of Lama Police Station M Iqbal Hossain said Khokan used to work at a grocery shop at Kejupara. On Friday night, he was returning to Kejupara after collecting money from several shops at Lulain. When he reached Marissha, a gang of criminals swooped on him and hacked him leaving him dead around 10:30pm.
