Bangladesh nationals are reportedly safe in Turkey that experienced a failed coup in which, according to Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim, 141 people were killed. The Bangladeshis living in Turkey have been asked to restrict their movements and to avoid public places. In view of the unfolding devel opments in Turkey, particularly since 15 July, 2016, all the Bangladesh nationals in Turkey have been advised to restrict their movements and avoid public places, said a foreign ministry press release yesterday.
All Bangladesh nationals in Turkey are reportedly safe, it said.

Following the attempted coup situation in Turkey, we all are fine.
The attempt has been thwarted by the Turkish government, said
an official of the Bangladesh Embassy in Ankara in a facebook post yesterday.
We have not received any information regarding any casualty of Bangladeshi nationals, he said.
