Minor boy drowns in Natore

NATORE: A minor boy drowned in a pond at Raghunathpur village in Lalpur upazila of the district on Monday afternoon, reports BSS.
The deceased was identified as Siam, 7, son of Simul Hossain of the village.
Chairman of Arbab Union Parishad Ishaq Ali confirmed the incident and said Siam fell down in the pond beside his residence while he was playing in the afternoon.
Later, local recovered the body from the pond at about 1 am.
