Mahindra Comviva, one of the global leaders in providing mobility solutions, launched MobiLytixTM Suite, a big
data-driven mobile analytics solution that generates actionable customer insights, the company said in a statement yesterday.
It aggregates subscriber usage data across multiple touch points, enabling deeper and superior customer experience while improving revenue growth of telecom operators.
The MobiLytixTM Suite is a comprehensive business proposition addressing the business needs of service providers. It will enable them to enhance customer experience, the statement said.
It also aids chief marketing officers and marketers to analyze hidden revenue generating patterns and formulate the appropriate product and growth strategies, it added.
