Direct air route to connect Kunming with Sydney in 2016

Following the opening of the Kunming-Paris, Kunming-Shanghai-Vancouver and Kunming-Qingdao-San Francisco air routes, Kunming Changshui International Airport will open its fourth intercontinental air route connecting Kunming to Sydney this year.

By 2015, Kunming Airport operates 284 air routes, with a total of 132 flights now linking Kunming with South and Southeast Asia every week. Kunming Airport is expecting a yearly passenger throughput of 70 million by 2020.
