Three killed in Tangail accidents

TANGAIL: Three people were killed in separate accidents in Tangail yesterday, reports BSS. OC of Delduar police Mosharaf Hossain said a North Bengal-bound microbus crashed a motorcycle on the Dhaka-Tangail highway in Dubail area under Delduar upazila at about 11 am, leaving motorcycle rider dead on the spot and injuring two others. SI of Kalihati police Ruhul Amin said a pedestrian China Begum, 65, died on the spot when a bus crashed her in Salla area under Kalihati upazila yesterday afternoon. In another accident, an unknown microbus driver died on the spot when a truck collided head-on with the microbus in Bhuapur link road area on Tangail-Bangabandhu bridge highway at about 3.30 pm.
