Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim yesterday said the government would bear the treatment expenditures of those injured in the Friday's militant attacks incident at Holey Artisan Restaurant at Gulshan in the capital, reports BSS. "The government would bear all the treatment expenditures of those who suffered injuries in the militant attacks. They (injured persons) need not spend a single penny for their treatment purposes," he said.
Mohammad Nasim disclosed this to reporters in reply to a question after visiting the injured of the militant attacks who have now been undergoing treatment at United Hospital at Gulshan. The senior Awami League leader said the militants were defeated by the law-enforcing agencies for their right action and right decision at the right time. "They are brave officers. The militant attackers could flee from the spot of occurrence had they (law enforcers) not been taken right step at the right time.
