The second leg of the Manyavar Bangladesh Premier Football League will begin from June 28 with table toppers Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club taking on Farashganj Sporting Club.
According to earlier schedule the second phase was supposed to start from June 26 but at the request from some clubs, the Professional Football League Committee deferred the schedule for a couple of days in a meeting in the presence of the representatives from the clubs.
Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club topped the first-leg table with 23 point from 10 matches with seven wins two draws and one defeat. Mohammedan Sporting Club, Brothers Union, Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra earned 20 points each in the first-leg and still have a chance to give fight for the title.
