JOYPURHAT: A school boy was drowned in a pond in Natunhat-Sadarpara area in the district town yester afternoon, reports BSS.
The victim was identified as Aman, 9, a student of class three and son of Abdul Matin of the same area.
Police said Aman was drowned in the pond near his house while he was taking bath there with his friends.
