Apurba, Mithila pair up again in tele-drama with different story

According to talented actress Mithila, Eid special tele-drama ‘Flipper’ is her best work for this Eid, in which she paired up with popular actor Apurba. DhakaLive has news that Mithila and Apurba have worked together once again through the tele-drama, scripted by Mir Shariful Karim Shraban and directed by Tanim Rahman Aungshu. The shooting of the tele-drama was completed on Saturday at Richi’s shooting house in the city’s Uttara area.
Presented by Npoly and produced under the banner of Alpha i Media, the tele-drama has been made with the target of telecasting on RTV during Eid-ul-Fitr.
Apurba said about working in the tele-drama, “The story of ‘Flipper’ is completely unique. The viewers will get to watch me in a role, which is different from the characters I usually play. Same thing goes to Mithila. As a result, we both are satisfied after doing the work. It can be said that after a long time, I have acted in a wonderful tele-drama having a mind-blowing story. Mithila and I had to do much work for the tele-drama.”
Mithila shared the experience of the work, “I cried almost all day long on the first day in the shooting to portray my character appropriately. In the story, I am pregnant and there is an issue whether I will keep or abort the child. Apurba and I got emotional during the portrayal of the scene as both of us have children in real life.”
“I would say this is the best work acted by me on the occasion of Eid. I am really optimistic about the work and I hope the viewers will like it”, she kept on saying.
Moreover, Apurba and Mithila will also be seen appearing in the telefilm ‘Kathopakathan’ directed by Mizanur Rahman Arian and ‘Ex Factor’ directed by Shihab Shaheen during the upcoming Eid.
Mithila will also appear in ‘Prem Ekti Rasaynik Brikria’ directed by Shihab Shaheen, tele-drama ‘After Marriage’ directed by Mabrur Rashid Bannah and six-episode drama serial ‘Journey to Chittagong’ directed by Mabrur Rashid Bannah.
On the other hand, today is the birthday of actor Apurba and his only son Ayash. Ayash will turn three today.
Apurba said, “Last year we had celebrated our birthday with much preparation. One of my most favourite persons, she is none other than Parveen Sultana Diti attended the programme last year on the first birthday of Ayash. I remember her in every single moment. Whenever the subject of my birthday comes, her memories float in front of my eyes. May Allah grant her Jannah.” l
