Pabna: A man was killed allegedly by his nephew at Chwakkrisnapur village in Bera upazila on Monday, reports UNB. The victim was identified as Mozai Hossain, 40, a resident of the village. Jasim Uddin Sarker, OC of Aminpur police, said both the uncle and his nephew were going to a disputed land to pluck jackfruits. At one stage, Mozai locked an altercation with his nephew Abdul Hakim that turned into a clash. At one stage Hakim hit Mozai with a stick, leaving him seriously injured. He was rushed to the Bera upazila health complex where on-duty doctor declared him dead. A case was filed in this connection.
