No advert published on foreign website: ISPR

Expressing its surprise over a recruitment advertisement on an Indian website, Bangladesh Army yesterday termed it fake and made it clear the army’s recruitment adverts are published only in the Bangladeshi media. “No advertisements are issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) in the foreign media over the army recruitment. Advertisement regarding the recruitment is published only in the Bangladeshi media in Bangla language,” said an ISPR statement.  The advertisement, published in English language on a foreign website with the pay scale described in rupees, is fake and confusing, the ISPR said. The social media went abuzz after the advert on Indian website www.karmakshetra.org came to the fore two days ago seeking applications from eligible people interested to serve Bangladesh Army in capacity of soldiers.
