Two killed in road crash

Two people were killed and five others injured in a head-on collision between a CNG-run autorickshaw and a pickup van in Bhairab upazila early yesterday. The deceased were identified as Jamal Mia, 40, and Nazma Begum.Local people said the accident took place near Bhairab Hazi Asmat College around 6am, injuring seven people. The injured were taken to Bhairab Health Complex where Jamal and Nazma were declared dead.
