Human chain protests secret killings

RANGPUR: The district unit of Sammilita Sangskritik Jote (SSJ) formed a human chain and organized a rallyon Town Hall premises in the city on Saturday afternoon strongly protesting all sorts of recent secret killings in the country, reports BSS.
General Secretary of the district unit of SSJ Advocate Rothish Chandra Bhowmick Babu Sona presided over the programme participated by a large number of leaders and activists of SSJ and different socio-cultural organisations.
Central committee Member of SSJ Biplob Prasad, Founder and General Secretary (GS) of Sarothi Academy Sirajul Islam Siraj, GS of Rangpur Nattya Chakra Hasan Ali, President of Uttaron Samajik Sangskritik Protisthan Shahidul Islam Hira, cultural activists Nahid Afroz Liza, Debdas Ghosh Debu, Zinnat Hossain Lavlu, Merajul Islam Milan and Motahar Hossain Dabu, addressed among others.
The speakers lodged strong protests against the recent secrete killings of the religious leaders and activists belonging to the minority communities and other innocent people at different parts of the country.
