Patricide!

A man was killed allegedly by his son at Noagaon area of Rajendrapur in Gazipur on Wednesday evening over a family feud.
The deceased was identified as Ibrahim Shekh,70 of the area.  Sub-inspector of Sreepur police station Saiful Islam said, Delowar Hossain Shekh, 32, son of the deceased hit his father with a chopper over a family feud at around 6.30 pm on Wednesday, leaving him dead on the spot.
Later, neighbours caught Delwar and handed over to the police. The body of the deceased sent to Gazipur Shahid Taz Uddin Ahmed Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Locals claimed that Delwar was drug addicted. He often tortured his wife for money to buy drug. His wife went to her father’s house on Tuesday as Delwar beat up her. It is suspected that Delwar locked into an altercation with his father over the issue and took place the incident.
