Khaleda Zias press secretary sued for torturing wife
Maruf Kamal Khan Sohel, press secretary to BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, has been sued for torturing his wife, police said. Tania Khan, wife of Maruf Kamal Khan, filed a criminal case with Mohammadpur Police Station on Monday night, Jamal Uddin Mir, officer-in-charge of the police station, said. Tania also accused him of extramarital affairs. Maruf went into hiding following filing of the case. Drive is on to arrest him, said the OC.
