Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has approved filing a non-submission case against Destiny 2000 Limited director Md Mejbah Uddin Shapan.
The case will be filed against him under section 26(2) of the Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2004. The commission gave the approval to file the case against him yesterday, ACC sources confirmed.

Later, the ACC issued a notice asking Shopan to submit his wealth statement before it. But, he failed to submit his wealth statement before the ACC within the stipulated time, ACC sources said.
