Kanakchapa to perform in only one show this Eid

For National Film Award winning singer Kanakchapa, Eid is usually a time when her schedule involves performing in live shows one after the other on television. However, this Eid will be different from the previous ones as Kanakchapa has taken a decision to perform in only one live show this upcoming Eid. On the fifth day, Kanakchapa will perform for three hours straight on the live show on Desh TV. Kanakchapa said, Since taking part in a live show involves staying up very late at night and going from one live show to another during these late nights is not healthy. If the performance in one live show turns out to be good, it is usually difficult to keep it up in the same level for the next show. That is why I have decided that this Eid I will perform in only one live show. She informed that on the show that she will be presenting her notable songs for the audience.
Before the month of Ramadan began, Kanakchapa performed in shows in Australia and on May 14, she returned to the country and on May 28 set off for Rome where she performed for two days , then in Milan , she and her husband Mainul Islam were honoured in an event organised by the Italy Press Club and Bangla School Community. She returned to the country on June 3. Ever since returning, Kanakchapa has been recuperating from the hectic schedule. She will not be performing in any stage shows during Ramadan. For her stellar performance in the album Aral, Kanakchapa was awarded with the best singer award of 2015 in the Symphony Channel i Music Award which was held on May 27.
