Zahid Hasan, Nipun pair up for Eid tele-drama

Audience-admired actor Zahid Hasan and National Film Award-winning actress Nipun have paired up together for a special tele-drama on the occasion of upcoming Eid. The duo will appear together in the tele-drama titled ‘Lottery’; Zahid Hasan himself directed it, while Mahbub Bappi penned the story for the tele-drama. DhakaLive has news that the shooting of the tele-drama has already been completed at Apanghar shooting house in the capital’s Uttara area. Zahid Hasan and Nipun will play the role of a married couple in the tele-drama.
Regarding pairing up with Nipun in the tele-drama, Zahid Hasan said, “As an actress, Nipun is great. She is immensely talented and that is why she has won the National Film Award twice. She can easily blend in with the character that she is playing. She has done a fantastic job in her portrayal as my wife in ‘Lottery’.” Nipun, who is currently in London, spoke over the phone and shared her thoughts about the Eid tele-drama, “It is always a pleasurable experience working with Zahid Hasan. He presents in acting in such a wonderful, professional way that I get inspired to learn from him. He is an amazing actor. I always value working with him.”
Zahid Hasan informed that ‘Lottery’ will be aired during the Eid special programmes on RTV. To note, Zahid Hasan has recently completed directing the tele-film ‘Hopeless Man’, written by Faruk Hossain, working alongside his wife Mou and the tele-drama ‘Disturb’. ‘Hopeless Man’ will air on ATN Bangla and ‘Disturb’ will be seen on Banglavision’.
On the other hand, after completing the shooting of ‘Lottery’, Nipun has gone to London to visit her only daughter. She will return to Bangladesh on June 26. As soon as she returns, she will star working on a tele-drama directed by Pritom.  In the meantime, she has completed the work for Taukir Ahmed-directed ‘Aggatanama’ and Dr Arup Ratan-directed ‘Sharga Theke Narak’ films. She will be working opposite Mosharraf Karim and Ferdous in the films.
