Bangladesh leading forward Rasel Mahmud Jimmy continued his superb form scoring another hat-trick as Mohammedan Sporting Club drubbed Wari Club 8-2 in the Green Delta Premier Division Hockey League at the Maulana Bhashani Hockey Stadium yesterday.
Jimmy, who made a unique record of scoring eleven goals out of team’s 19 including a treble in the previous match against Railway Sporting Club, exhibited his spectacular stick work  in the final 22 minutes to bring his hat-trick in a span of 17 minutes. He produced the last three goals in a row with opening hat-trick campaign in the 48th minute before adding the second one in the 61st minute.  He took another four minutes to complete his second hat-trick in two consecutive matches.
MSC’s Pakistani stickwielder Salman Hossain opened the account in the second minute and further increased the tally in the 43rd minute. Tasvar Abbas, another Pakistani for the Black and Whites, also slammed home two goals Md Lalon produced the other goal for MSC.  Obaid Hasan brought both the goals for Wari in the first half as the MSC led the pre-breather session 4-2.
Bangladesh Sporting Club also showed their scoring spree against Railway Sporting winning the match by 8-1. Shahbaz Ali and Prince shared the eight goals evenly among themselves. Saddam Hossain brought the consolation goal for Railway.    
MSC and their arch rival Abahani Limited earned even number of 23 points from nine matches to share the second place. Usha Krira Chakra were leading the table with 25 points from nine matches.
