Now You See Me 2 hits Star Cineplex, Jamuna today

American magic caper thriller film Now You See Me 2a sequel to the 2013 film Now You See Me is going to hit the Bashundhara Star Cineplex and Jamuna Blockbuster Cinemas along with its country release today. On July 3, 2013, after the box office success of the first film, Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer confirmed that there would be a sequel to the film with production beginning in 2014 for an unspecified release date. In September 2014, it was confirmed that Jon M Chu would replace Leterrier as director. It is set to be released on June 10, 2016. The story is set three years after the first films events. Four Horsemen find themselves in more trouble in Macau, China. Devious tech wizard Walter Mabry (Daniel Radcliffe) forces the infamous magicians to steal a powerful chip that can control all of the worlds computers. The man behind their vanishing act is Walter Mabry (Daniel Radcliffe), a tech prodigy who threatens the Horsemen into pulling off their most impossible heist yet. Their only hope is to perform one last, unprecedented stunt to clear their names and reveal the mastermind behind it all. Directed by Jon M Chu, the film stars Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson and Dave Franco, with Daniel Radcliffe, Lizzy Caplan, Jay Chou, and Sanaa Lathan; Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman also reprise their roles.
The film Now You See Me 2 will also hit the cinemas of the United States and Canada alongside Warcraft and The Conjuring 2, and is projected to gross $2326 million from 3,232 theaters in its opening weekend.
