Tareen, Hridoy Khan to romance on screen for first time

This is certainly big news for the fans and followers of singer-turned-actor Hridoy Khan that for the first time, the young singer will be seen appearing opposite celebrated actress Tareen on the small screen. The duo is currently working for a telefilm titled ‘Kharan’, which has been set to produce on the occasion of upcoming Eid.
DhakaLive has news that the shooting of the telefilm has begun yesterday at the Tanmoy Shooting House in the city’s Uttara area. The telefilm is written by Rafiqul Islam Paltu, while Tanmay Tansen is directing it based on the screenplay written by him.
Meanwhile, Hridoy Khan acted opposite popular actress Purnima under the direction of SA Haq Aliq and also acted opposite talented actress Tisha in Raj’s direction. This time around, Hridoy is working alongside brilliant actress Tareen for the first time.
Director Tanmoy Tansen informed that the story of the telefilm is about the lifestyle of the corporate world. Naina, played by Tareen, is a corporate lady in this corporate world. At one point, an architect named Shaon involves in a relationship with Naina. Hridoy Khan is playing as Shaon in the telefilm.
Tareen said about acting in the telefilm, “I am playing a very independent character, whose ideology is immensely modern. That’s why, I had to bring a massive change in my get up. Even I had to smoke to enact the role appropriately, which is an impossible task for me in the real life.”
“This is my first work under the direction of Tanmoy Tansen. I performed with Hridoy Khan on stage earlier;  but this is for the first time, we are in acting together. I hope that it will be a wonderful work”, Tareen added.
Hridoy Khan shared the experience of the work, “I worked with Tareen earlier on the stage, but we are acting together for the first time. She is very supportive as an artiste, and I am enjoying my first work with Tanmoy Tansen.”
Produced by Syed Irfan Ullah under the banner of Drik, the telefilm is being made with the target of airing on Channel 9 during the upcoming Eid.
