One arrested with 6kg hemp in Meherpur

Members of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-6 arrested a drug trafficker with 6 kgs of hemp from Kaligangni village at Sadar upazila yesterday morning, reports BSS from Meherpur.
The arrested is Ruhul Amin, 35, son of Afajuddin of the same area.
On a tip-off, a team of the elite force conducted a drive at the village and arrested Ruhul and recovered the hemp after searching a locally made vehicle, RAB sources added.
Later, the RAB handed over him to Sadar Thana police.
