One killed in Jessore road crash

A fish trader was killed and two persons were injured in a road accident at Ulashi area on Navaron-Satkhira road in Sharsha upazila of the district yester morning, reports BSS from Jessore.
The deceased was identified as Saheb Ali, 42, son of Ansar Ali of Ulakol village in Jhikargacha upazila of the district.
Afzal Hossen, Sub-Inspector of Navaron highway police camp said the accident occurred when a fish laden three-wheeler van (locally called Nasimon) head on collided with a truck from opposite direction at 8am, killing Saheb Ali dead on the spot. Nasimon driver Zamir Hossen, 40, and another passenger Morshed, 42, injured. A case was filed in this connection.
