UP election in Naogaon today

Naogaon: The last phase election of 30 union parisads under Sadar Mahadebpur and Badalgachhi upazilas of the district will be held today, reports BSS.
A total of 132 candidates are contesting for chairman posts, 1093 for members while 350 for reserved women seats.
The number of voters in the three upazilas is 5,58,716 including 2,85,315 female voters.
A total of 277 polling stations will be setup in all the 30 union parisad elections.
Of the total unions, 12 in Sadar upazila, 10 in Mahadebpur upazila and 8 in Badalgachhi upazila.
