The head of a medical board, which has conducted the second autopsy on the body of Comilla Victoria College student Sohagi Jahan Tonu, yesterday sought police security following a death threat, UNB reports.
Dr Kamoda Prosad Saha, also head of the Forensic Department of Comilla Medical College Hospital, sent a letter to the police super’s office yesterday afternoon seeking security for him and his family.
Earlier on Tuesday, he received the threat through an anonymous letter.
In his letter, the physician mentioned that he was feeling mentally depressed and insecure after receiving the death threat.
Police super M Shah Abid Hossain said he received a letter from KP Saha requesting for ensuring his security.
