Child Affairs Journalists’ Network formed

BSS

A Child affairs Journalists’ Network was formed yesterday aiming at highlighting different child related issues in both print and electronic media to sensitize policy makers and other stakeholders for being more proactive in ensuring children rights, reports BSS.
Mahfuza Jasmine, senior Reporter of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) was made convenor of the network while Mostofa Kamal Mollik, Senior Staff Reporter of Channel I and Mahmuda Moumita, senior Broadcast Journalist of Independent Television was made co-convenors while Shipon Habib, Staff Reporter of Jugantor was member secretary.
