Benapole: A woman was killed by a lightning strike at Kasta village in Keshabpur upazila of Jessore on Tuesday night, reports UNB.
The deceased was Ruma Begum, 23, a resident of the village.
Police said Ruma died instantly when a thunderbolt struck her while she went out during rain at night.
