The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) on Tuesday arrested two land officers from the capital in a graft case.
ACC deputy assistant director Md Nasim Uddin arrested assistant officer Mafizul Islam and deputy assistant officer Md Abdul Malek of Ruhitpur Land Office (Keraniganj, Dhaka), ACC Public Relations Officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told UNB.
On May 24, 2015, the national anti-graft body filed a case against them on charge of grabbing 1.23 acre of land preparing fake mutation.
Earlier on Monday, the ACC apprehended two more graft suspects.
