A musical programme titled ‘Rhythm for All with Atif Aslam Night Live in Dhaka 2016’, organised by ATN Entertainment Ltd, a sister concern of ATN Bangla, will be held on May 29 at the Nabaratri Hall of International Convention Bashundara City in the capital’s Baridhara area, says a press release. Alongside the celebrated Pakistani singer and film actor Atif Aslam, popular Indian playback singers Mamta Sharma and Akriti Kakkar will perform at the programme. Besides, a 12-member dance troupe from India will also perform at the show.
ATN Entertainment Ltd. director and singer Ananna Ruma is in the overall direction of the event, while popular anchor and director Debashish Biswas and model-actress Ambrin will be seen as the anchors of the show on May 29.
Ananna Ruma told DhakaLive in reply to a question about what is the purpose of organising such an event, “We will donate a big portion of the amount collected from the concert to Bangladesh Jatiya Badhir Sangsthya. We will continue contributing to the different organisations for the development of the underprivileged community of our society.” Tickets for the concert are available at ATN Bangla office (Karwan Bazar), Hotel Westin, Shwapno outlets, Diamond World and Vasavi. The concert-goers can also buy tickets online through www.ticketchai.com and www.shohoz.com. To note, the gate of the venue will be opened at 4pm on the day of the show and beginning at 7pm, the concert will continue till 11pm.
