‘Ashwarohi Tasmina’ at Prix Jeunesse festival

The acclaimed short documentary titled ‘Ashwarohi Tasmina’ has been nominated for the Gender Equity Award at the 51st  Prix Jeunesse International Children’s Film and Television Festival, to be held in Munich, Germany. Director of the documentary Faridur Rahman and producer Mahbuba Begum Hena will be in Munich until May 25 to participate in the event.
To note, ‘Ashwarohi Tasmina’ has gained international recognition such as Best Short Documentary- Women’s International Entertainment Film Festival, Official Selection and Honourable Mention- LA Cinefest, Los Angeles, USA, Transilvania Shotsor Film Festival, Romania, Contravision Film Festival, Berlin, Germany and DocuTIFF, Tirana, Albania.
