Two Jamaat leaders held

PATUAKHALI: Police arrested two local leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami from Kuakata under Kalapara upazila yesterday, reports BSS.
The arrested are Maulana Habibur Rahman, Jamaat secretary of Kuakata and Abdul Khalekh Faruki, former ameer of upazila unit  Jamaat.
Police arrested the duo when they were holding a meeting at the house of Kuakata zone Jamaat ameer Maulana Nurul Islam Zehadi, said Muniruzzaman, SI of Mohipur police camp.
