No institution can seek more than Tk. 3,000 as development fees.
Police have directed the institutions to take minimal fees from poor, meritorious, and disabled students. They have also directed them not to charge more than the amount fixed by the ministry. Receipts of all fees have to be given.
For admissions to the educational institutions in divisions and districts Sadar, 89 per cent seats would be open to all students.
