Shahadat to play for Abahani in DPL

Fast-bowler Shahadat Hossain Rajib will soon return in action with the ongoing edition of the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League for the 2015-2016 season after over one year-long hiatus.
But he might not be seen in the high-octane match between domestic giants-Abahani Limited and Mohammedan Sporting Club-in the sixth round clash of the DPL at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium today.
Rajib, who recently got BCB’s nod to play in the domestic competition after six-month embargo that was slapped by the board due to torturing a minor domestic help, has been preparing himself through practicing regularly.
On Tuesday, he attended in Cone Drill Agility Fitness Test (4-Cone Agility Test), 17.68 metres Sprint Speed Test (Run-3) alongside Hop and Hold Test under the guideline of Brett Harrop, physiotherapist of BCB.
