Rahman new chairman of Pubali Bank

Habibur Rahman has been unanimously elected as chairman of the Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Ltd in its 1068th Board Meeting after 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in the capital recently, says a press release.
Rahman replaces Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder, who retired from the post of chairman and director of bank, but was appointed as adviser to the bank subject to the approval of Bangladesh Bank.
Earlier, he was the vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank. He is the sponsor director of Green Delta Insurance, Delta Hospital and Delta Medical Center.
