PM returns home from UK

Wrapping up her six-day visit to the United Kingdom (UK), Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina returned home yesterday morning, reports UNB.
A VVIP flight (BG-016) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the Prime Minister and her entourage arrived at Osmani International Airport here in Sylhet at 10.05 am (BST).
Earlier, the VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the Prime Minister and her entourage took off from Heathrow International Airport on Wednesday evening.
Bangladesh High Commissioner to the UK Md Abdul Hannan saw the Prime Minister off at the airport.
After making an one-hour stopover at the Osmani International Airport, it will fly for Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka.
During her stay in the British capital, the Prime Minister was accorded a civic reception by the UK Chapter Awami League at the Park LaneHotel on June 14.
