bKash agents mugged of Tk 6 lakh

A group of armed muggers looted Tk 6 lakh from two ‘bKash’ agents from Mudafa area in Tongi of Gazipur yesterday. Local sources said two bKash agents Anwar Hossain and Saidul Islam were going to their office at Senakalyan Bhaban in Tongi Bazar area after collected money from Mudafa area of Tongi. A group of armed muggers riding two motorcycles halted their way and beat them up. Later, snatched Tk 6 lakh at a gunpoint and left the area quickly.
Later, locals rescued Anwar and Saidul and sent them to the Tongi Government Hospital.
