Banned polythene seized in Ctg

CHITTAGONG: Directorate of Environment (DOE) in Chittagong recovered one metric ton of banned polythene after conducting a raid at a warehouse at city's Reazuddin Bazar area on Sunday noon, reports BSS.
None of the owners or employees was present during the drive. Receiving information that the owner of a warehouse has been marketing secretly prohibited products in the city for the last 10 months secretly. A team of the DoE led by its director Azadur Rahman Mollik, conducted the drive along with high other officials.
