Youth held with pistol, liquor

Benapole: Detectives arrested a young man along with one pistol, one round of bullet and some bottles of foreign liquor from Rajarhat on the Jessore-Khulna highway in Jessore district on Monday night, reports UNB.
Assistant Sub-inspector of Detective Branch (DB) of Police Masud Rana said tipped off, a team of DB police conducted a drive in the area and intercepted a Dhaka-bound private car at about 11:30 pm.
