Fake doctor jailed

A mobile court sentenced a fake physician to 15-day imprisonment and fined Tk 30,000 in Shailkupa upazila yesterday. Acting on a tip-off, a mobile court led by executive magistrate Sumi Majumder conducted a raid at Swapna Clinic and Diagnostic Centre at Kabirpur yesterday afternoon and sentenced Goutam Adhikary, inhabitant of Shibrampur village of Magura, for having no legal certificate.
