The government has appointed M Iqbal Khan Chowdhury as the chairperson of Bangladesh Competition Commission (BCC), reports BSS.
The appointment has been given as per Section 7 of Competition Law, 2012, said an official release.
A gazette notification of the Ministry of Commerce issued today said this order will be effective immediately.
