Arms seized, 2 arrested

NAOGAON: Police recovered one foreign pistol, one pipe gun, three cocktail, two rounds of bullet, one magazine and arrested two persons in this connection from Deluabari Bazar area on Naogaon-Rajshahi highway yesterday, reports BSS. The arrested were Abu Hurriya, 25, and Arman Ali, 40, both hailed from Kushtia district.
Mohammad Khurshed Alam, additional police super of Noagaon, said one foreign-made pistol was recovered after searching their bodies.
Later, they also recovered one pipe gun, three cocktails, two pistol bullets, one magazine from a field nearby a government primary school after their confessional statement.
