Farmer dies inhaling pesticide

A farmer died after accidentally in hailing pesticide while he was spraying it in his field at Dhanua village in Faridganj upazila of the district on Saturday afternoon. The deceased was identified as Jashimuddin Khan,35,  of the Khanbari in the village. Witnesses said like all other days, Jashim went to his paddy field adjacent to his house at about 2.30 pm and started spraying pesticide in his paddy field with a machine. Atone point the machine turned towards his face causing him to in hale the medicine and he fell sick and collapsed. He was rushed to Chandpur General Hospital where he  died at 5 pm.
