BDRCS team calls on president

A delegation of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS), led by its Chairman Hafiz Ahmed Mazumdar, made a courtesy call on President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban yesterday, reports UNB.
During the meeting, the delegation apprised the president of the overall activities of the BDRCS, President’s Press Secretary Joynal Abedin told UNB after the meeting.
The delegation also informed the president about the different initiatives taken by the BDRCS and Holy Family Red Crescent Hospital and sought his cooperation for the development of the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society.
