Customs intelligence yesterday seized a BMW X5 Jeep on charges of evading customs duty from Gulshan area in the capital city.
“Kazi Rezaul Mostofa, a businessman, brought the jeep duty free misusing carnet de passage facility and used it on false registration (Dhaka Metro-140343) which is actually registered for another Honda CRV Jeep," Director General Dr Mainul Khan of Customs Intelligence told BSS
