2 killed in Gazipur road accident

Two persons were killed in separate road accidents in Maleker Bari area and Board Bazar area of the city early yesterday. The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Sub-Inspector of Nawjur highway police out post Mohammed Mozammel Haque said a man was crushed under the wheels of a speedy bus in Malekerbari area on Dhaka-Mymensing highway while he was crossing the highway at around 2 am yesterday. He was about 34 years old. At the same time, another man was crushed under the wheels of a truck in Board Bazaar area of the city.
On information, police rushed to spots and recovered the bodies and sent to Gazipur Shahid Taz Uddin Ahmed Medical College Hospital Morgue for autopsy.
