Bangabandhu Memorial Trust meets

A meeting of the Managing Committee of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Memorial Trust was held at Bangabandhu Bhaban at Dhanmondi here yesterday, reports BSS. Chairperson of the trust Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina presided over the meeting. The meeting discussed the progress of a programme titled “Itihas Kotha Bole-Sangram Theke Swadhinatae Bangabandhu” (History speaks-Bangabandhu from struggle to independence), an education-oriented programme being held in educational institutions across the country, as well as the development of Bangabandhu Memorial Museum. Later, Sheikh Hasina chaired a meeting of the board of trustees of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Memorial Trust. Issues related to the trust and sub-committee report came up for discussion.
