Injured Juba League man dies in Bogra

Bogra: A local Juba League activist who suffered injuries during a clash over Thursday’s union parishad elections in Sonatola upazila died at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital here early yesterday, reports UNB.
Liton Miah, 30, son of Zinnat Ali of Pathanpara village in the upazila, was declared dead at the hospital around 5am, said in-charge of the police camp at the hospital Shah Alam Liton. At least 20 people were injured during the clash between the supporters of elected Digdair union parishad member Abdus Samad and defeated candidate Selim at Pathanpara village on Saturday.
