Abahani share points with Feni Soccer

Abahani Limited missed to notch full point when they made a 1-1 draw with Soccer Club Feni in the rain-soaked third day encounter of the KFC Independence Day Football Tournament 2016 at the Bangabandhu National Stadium (BNS) yesterday.
Sarra Camara struck for Abahani Limited after which Chowmrin Rakhanie netted for Soccer Club to ensure the draw.
Despite being produced a good number of scoring chances, both Abahani
and Soccer Club missed to capitalize any goal on the stroke of the 45-minute
first half. But Senegalese forward Sarra Camara broke the stalemate of the
game for Abahani during the injury time of the first-half.
English forward Lee Andrew Tuck provided a long shot from the right flank inside the D-box area, where forward Nabib Newaz Jiban extended the pass further which received by Senegalese forward Sarra Camara, who slotted home at a great lick without any hindrance.   
Substitute Chowmrin Rakhanie restored the parity from a penalty in the 85th minute when Soccer’s Ghanaian forward Ntim Twum Frank  was fouled by Abahani keeper Shakil.
On the other hand,
the day’s first match between Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club and Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited has been deferred due to an unavoidable circumstance.
